Every repair at JWS includes a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If something is not right after your repair, fill out this form and we will get it resolved quickly.

Warranty policy
- • All repairs include a 30-day warranty on parts and labor from the date of repair.
- • If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, we will re-repair or replace the part at no extra cost.
- • Warranty does not cover new physical damage, water damage after repair, or software issues.
- • Walk-in and mail-in warranty repairs both accepted.
