30-Day Warranty
All repairs include a 30-day warranty covering replaced parts only. Warranty is void if the device suffers physical or liquid damage after the repair.
Quality Parts
High-quality aftermarket parts are used unless you specifically request otherwise. Special-order parts require a 50% deposit upfront.
Diagnostic Fees
A $20 diagnostic fee applies to phones and tablets, and $50 for computers — only if the repair is declined or the device is deemed unrepairable.
Important to Know
Repairs cannot be cancelled once parts are ordered. Uncollected devices after 30 days are considered abandoned, and parts may be removed or the device sold to recover repair costs.
Cleaning & Extermination Fee
A $50 cleaning and sanitization fee applies to game consoles or computers that arrive with insect infestation (e.g., roaches). Devices must be cleaned before any repair work can proceed.
